The Fifteen Twenty mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Fifteen Twenty (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in and use of the Service provided through www.fifteentwenty.us.
By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Mobile Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS or text messages from and on behalf of Fifteen Twenty, sent through your wireless carrier to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Message content may include transactional or service-related communications such as order updates, shipping notifications, account alerts, or customer service messages. Promotional messages may also be sent and may include special offers, promotions, announcements, or cart reminders.
Your consent to receive mobile messages is not a condition of any purchase. Participation in the Service is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and your preferences. We do not charge a fee for the Service; however, message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for all charges imposed by your wireless carrier related to SMS or text messaging. Please review your mobile plan or contact your wireless provider for details.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (844) 905-3232, or by clicking an unsubscribe link included in a message, where available. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive additional messages unless you re-enroll.
If you are enrolled in multiple Fifteen Twenty messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Messaging Numbers
We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice as required by law. You acknowledge that messages sent to a number that has been changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated numbers.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network availability.
Accurate Contact Information
You agree to provide and maintain a valid mobile phone number. If your mobile number changes, you must re-subscribe to the Service using your new number. We are not responsible for messages sent to incorrect or reassigned phone numbers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fifteen Twenty shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in message content, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance on the information provided through the Service.
