Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time will generally ship the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (PST) will ship on the following business day, with the exception of orders placed on Fridays or U.S. holidays, which will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer several shipping options. Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days and begin once the order has shipped.
- Free Economy Shipping on orders of $150 USD or more
- Ground Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or international addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Refusals & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier and is returned to us, you will be credited for the product cost and tax only, less shipping and handling charges. You may place a new order and are responsible for any associated shipping fees.
