Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.fifteentwenty.us. This policy explains your options for returns and exchanges, as well as the conditions that apply.
Return Window & Eligibility
You may return most unwashed and unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
How to Start a Return
Visit the return portal on our site or contact customer service to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning your item. Securely pack the merchandise with the bottom portion of the invoice and affix the provided return label or QR code for drop-off at the carrier.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is free when using the pre-provided return label or QR code. However, if you choose to receive a refund back to your original form of payment, a $10.00 return handling fee will be applied and deducted from your refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on items (excluding FINAL SALE) within the 30-day return window. Once you have requested an exchange and returned your original item, an exchange order will be generated and a confirmation email sent when the return is in transit. Each item may be exchanged only once. If the replacement item still does not work, you may return it for a refund with applicable handling fees.
Holiday Return Window
For the holiday season, we may extend the return window for qualifying orders. For example, orders placed between specific dates may have an extended eligibility window for returns. Any such extensions will be clearly communicated and will still be subject to the conditions of this policy.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, less any handling fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
